2nd Regional Parents Meet 2016-17

2nd Regional Parents Meet 2016-17 was organised by Mercy Rehabilitation Society, Sawaimadhopur, Rajasthan in collaboration with National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disability (Divyangjan), Secundrabad, Andhra Pradesh and PARIVAAR from 11-12, February, 2017. Regional Parents Meet was organised for the western region of the country viz. Rajasthan, Gujarat, Chhatisgarh and Madhya Pradesh. The primary stakeholders of regional parents meets were:

• Children with Mental Retardation.
• Parents of children with Mental Retardation.
• Officers from Sawaimadhopur etc.

The regional parents meet was organised to spread awareness generation on the issues related to children with intellectual disability and sensitize Parents’ and orient them at fullest possible extent on the issues related to children with intellectual disability.
